Over three years ago I had the pleasure of photographing Lauren’s family. It was an very touching when her mother Lisa thought of me years later to share the exciting news that Lauren was getting married to an actor named Jeff and that they wanted me to capture their special event.
Lauren and Jeff both work in the film and theatre industry in New York. To much of my surprise Jeff has been on a lot of movies and TV productions such as Paramount, ABC, HBO and Fox. It was a huge honor knowing that Jeff and Lauren probably had endless connections in New York and could have used some of the best photographers in the country to document their day. It meant a lot to Joe and I that they still choose us to capture this wonderful event.
A room filled with actors and actresses you can only imagine how funny and expressive everyone there was. The live band and DJ production JNR Productions kept everyone on there toes. Joe and I had such a fun time shooting.
Lauren and Jeff used the best vendors in town to create this couture wedding. The Shores Resort in Spa made a great location for this wonderful event. Josh and the staff there did a fantastic job, as always. The Pastry Studio designed the most elegant wedding cake that really brought the theme of the room together. But, the vendor that really made this event one that everyone will remember is Simply Roses. The flowers and landscape of the room was absolutely stunning and whimsical and it blew me away with how beautiful it looked. Great job everyone.
Lauren and Jeff, thank you so for having Joe and I capture this event. We had such a blast watching all of you let your hair down and have fun. The next party you all have we hope to be there. It was a blast.
