I am the luckiest girl in Boston. I document love for a living and have the coolest french-bulldog on the planet. I am a sucker for Almond Milk Lattes and Led Zeppelin. Put them together and I'm a happy girl! Growing up in a family where the Arts were encouraged, I had a love for music and design running through my veins as early as I can remember. In my early teens, dark room chemicals and guitar picks were always in my hands and my mother's laundry room became my personal photo-lab (thanks, Mom). Later, I went on to study at Brooks Institute for Photography and opened my business four years later.
Born and raised in New Hampshire, I have always enjoyed season changes. From the vibrancy of fall to the wonderlands of winter- I love it all and believe the diversity adds to holiday celebrations and special traditions by heightening our sense of family, the spirit of friendship and the value of community.
I believe growing up in New England has truly molded my style as a photographer. I love to shoot organically and as naturally as possible keeping the integrity and natural beauty of my images. My approach to photography is candid, fun and laid-back. I take pictures that feel and would rather capture true emotion over staged perfection. I live life taking risks and would rather leap than stay on the ground. Sometimes I fly and there's nothing like it. Other times, I fall and it hurts. Still, I will chose adventure over complacency anytime and to me that is what being a true artist is all about!
